Can you ship refrigerated/frozen items to me?

Refrigerated and frozen items cannot be shipped via normal post so they need to be sent using a refrigerated Van. This van only delivers within 15 km from Melbourne CBD. The distance is calculated using google maps/driving distance. It is not physical distance.

How long does it take to ship my item?2021-09-02T00:41:03+00:00

We usually ship your order the next working day after you place your order on our website. From there it depends on the carrier (Australia post, Fastway, Courier please) and your location.

If your order includes refrigerated items, we will send it with a special refrigerated truck and delivery is done by areas on specific days but should not take longer than a week.

NOTE: Due to extended COVID-19 lockdowns across New South Wales and Victoria, high parcel volumes impacting parts of our operations, customers may experience delivery delays in some parts of the state by up to 10 days.

Our warehouse in Cheltenham is open to the public and we have a little store there where you can buy all our products directly or do Click and Collect. Hrs are Mon To Fri 8:30 am o 3pm

CLICK AND COLLECT- What are the collection times?2021-09-19T04:00:34+00:00

Our collection times are:

Cheltenham: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm

Southbank: Monday to Thursday 5:30pm to 8pm. Note that Southbank will be closed for pick ups between 19-26th September 2021.

We offer Free Click and collect from two locations previous order online: Southbank and Cheltenham. After you place your order we will contact you to let you know your order is ready and exact location. Note that Southbank will be closed for pick ups between 19-26th September 2021.

Shipping fees depend on the weight of what you order. Minimum fee is $7.20 We have secured very competitive prices for you, they will be calculated on check out

Can I pay with a credit card without a Paypal account?2020-07-14T17:08:19+00:00

Yes, you do not need a Paypal account to pay with your credit card. Simply select Paypal in the Payment Methods and follow the link to Paypal. From there you can pay as a visitor, without the need to register on Paypal.

Yes, we ship overseas. If you are overseas, simply email us the products we are interested and we will email you a quote on the shipping. If you accept the charges, you will need to pay with Credit Card via Paypal Only and you are also responsible for all duties and charges at destination, if any.
